I applied through university. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (New York, NY) in Mar 2010
Interview
First round interview was over the phone. Second round was in the Global HQ in NYC. It was several rounds of group and individual interviews with other candidates. The executives or their direct reports were rotated through. They take cultural fit VERY seriously there and if someone doesn't like you, even if you're not being hired for the job, it's highly unlike you'll find yourself with an offer. I was thoroughly impressed with the experience and their time commitment to the process given I was only being hired for 3 months of work.
