Es largo.
Primero un test de logica que a mucha gente les va mal pero pasan, no se que analizan. Despues con recursos humanos para repasar experiencia, expectativas etc . Despues un assessment grupal con consignas por grupo y poner en comun, ahi hacen preguntas tmb por grupo y por ultimo panel final, en donde te hacen preguntas con CEO

Then half a day worth of lectures, Q&A with alumni, pauses in between and your interview with a top manager. They want you to be maximum energetic and concise, a lot of stressful business cases
Eerst en vooral een vragenlijst waar zaken zoals IQ worden getest, maar ook personaliteitsvragen en vragen die werden geprojecteerd en waar je mondeling op moest antwoorden met een minuut voorbereidingstijd.

Long multiple step process: First aptitude test, followed by an online business case, then ABI Day with various group projects and individual interviews, then lastly a final interview with senior leaders. Most important things they look for: international backgrounds, english proficiency, leadership, good listeners, good awareness of the company.
