Enjoyable and really smooth process. Each individual stage was clearly laid out and the assessment day was well structured. The first stage was a video recording of you explaining how you would overcome a task and the steps you would take.

La femme responsable du resourcing support n'était pas professionnelle et a laissé ses émotions prendre le dessus durant notre échange. Elle se parlait toute seule au lieu d'être concentrée sur la discussion du feedback.
4-5 gesprekken op verschillende levels + case voorbereiden en presenteren. Vrij intensief en je moet veel kennen over het bedrijf (10 principes). Ook veel kennis hebben over hun huidige portfolio en buitenlandse merken.
