Interview
I had interviews with managers from different engineering sectors, one was incharge of software department, other was for engineering, quality assurance and last was the head of RnD department. Only people from engineering and RnD asked me valed questions. The questions I was asked were related to my field and were not too difficult.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Animas (Wayne, PA) in July 2015

Many of the engineers are heavily invested in their work and it shows.
Personality conflict with some interviewers who appeared arrogant and condescending to interviewee. Not the type of culture or engineering team worth working for.
