Interview
A brief zoom call with a few broad questions lasting around 30 min. Was a fast-moving process with little communication. Was a casual interview but seemed like a company looking to hire someone fast as they reached out after a LinkedIn easyapply application.

Interview
After applying to the job (prior to any interview) I received an email from the company asking me to do an unpaid test where I would have to edit together an animatic from images they gave me, and audio that I would have to source on my own, and additionally I would have to create a tag line for the hypothetical campaign and write an "animation brief," detailing the action in each cut. Needless to say, I declined -- nobody should be doing a test of this nature for free and no company should ask for this. I would recommend staying far away from this company.

They asked me to do a complex unpaid test assignment. I declined.
fantastic interview for both the formal and not so formal round of questioning, everyone was open and friendly in talking about their backgrounds and what the job entails. Definitely a confident building experience for someone trying to find work in the animation industry
