Animax Designs 3D Modeler/Character Artist interview questions

I was called on the phone and told at length what the company was about and what they did, and what the position was. They were very misleading with the position title. It was more of a rigging and technical animation job and had no modeling at all. I really didn't know what they wanted me to say. Weirdly enough, they didn't really ask me anything about myself. They admitted that there is a great deal of crunch time in their company, which was disappointing. I did an art test for them and waited almost two weeks but they didn't have the courtesy to reply to me as an official rejection. They refused to give a salary range, which seemed like a pretty tame question to me, even after I did the art test. After they relisted the position to scout for new people, a new fake sounding 5 star review was posted to counterbalance their previous one star review. Very unprofessional.
