Horrible process. I was asked to disclose all my historical employment package (everything from salary to number of PTO days) before the interview even starts. This alone was a big red flag as it is a clear sign this company is not running a people’s business. HR spoken limited English & asked to conduct the interview in Chinese. I terminated the interview process on my end afterwards. It is surprising to me how one of the leaders in the field would offer such unprofessional interview experience. Best of luck to the company.
