The selecting procedure is very straightforward, we sent the CV and covering letter and invited to have a AC. In the AC, there are 4 sections: 2 paper tests, 1 group work and face to face interview. the paper test like numerical test and some basic programming testing, such as adder or shifting things.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Anite Telecoms
Interview
Semi formal, one face to face interview with lead architect and Development Manager. I went through an agent so my skills, etc had been vetted. The interview had both technical and soft skill components to it. I got on well with both interviewers and the atmosphere was relaxed.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Anite Telecoms
Interview
There is no telephone interview. I was forward to AC directly. On that day, there were about 3 main parts: one is paper test based on math and programming. all the questions are easier than normal online test such as SHL. second part is a group exercise. that was a rescue problem and we need to decide the items order. Finally, we had the individual interview.
