I was interviewed by two people. Both of whom were extremely unprofesional and almost antagonistic, it came off as insecurity. I needed a job and despite my gut feeling I was willing to proceed with them anyway. They made me an offer, I accepted, then was told two days before starting that they no longer were offering the position, which is clearly not the case. The test they make you take is a joke. I took mine in about 15 minutes because, quite frankly, it's an insult to any professional and this particular type of test, doesn't actually give insight into a person's ability to perform. If this is how they behave during the interview process, I can't imagine what it's like working there. Despite their treatment of me, I wish them luck and only hope for other applicants' sake that they learn to be more professional, have integrity and honor and not make decisions until they are sure of what they want and what they can reasonably afford do.

Question 1
All the questions are super easy. They clearly do not have very much experience interviewing.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Anjolee (Chula Vista, CA)
Interview
Company goes through a staff in agency. If they like your resume, they set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 15 minutes. If they liked you on the phone, they will schedule an in-person interview. This interview can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Be prepared to take an IQ test (that was created by the owner).
