Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Ann Arbor District Library in Apr 2021
Interview
This was after COVID so it was over Zoom. There were two interviewers, but they were nice. The questions were as expected but it went a little longer than all the other part-time jobs I applied to. Pay was fine though. Questions are pretty similar to college application essay options.

When was a time you failed at something and what did you do?
The head of HR called me shortly after I applied. I made an interview appointment. I was interviewed by two circulation supervisors at one of the branches, and I was told to email a list of references after the interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ann Arbor District Library (Ann Arbor, MI) in July 2013
Interview
I was called by the AADL after applying several weeks earlier, and scheduled an interview with them a few days later. Interview questions were fairly typical, including questions about how well you work in groups, your opinion on the library's role in the community, and how you react to different work scenarios.
