They just took me around the facility and told me what my job description was going to be. If I felt comfortable or scared to work in a prison. It took about 2 days for them to get back to me and offer me the position

Why did you leave your last job
It was a peer interview, very fast and quick. There were a million questions, but understandable. Peer workers were quick to judge whether someone is fit or not. Very challenging at firstly but broke them in by my personality.
