I applied to a position at Anonymous Content and about a week later, I received an email to schedule a 15 minute screening for the next day. Beware! It was not a screening- it was a full interview that the head of HR decided to fit into 15 minutes. It caught me off guard and I thought it was very unprofessional. He also asked some questions I thought were inappropriate. For example, "How did you get that job?" (about my current role) with the tone that he believed I was underqualified for it. After the interview, I heard no response even though he said he would get back to me within a day. I expect more from a leader of a company!
