Interview
During the interview, they mostly check your attitude, relevant experience/coursework, ask about your projects, and give you RF theory questions and test your adaptability. Everyone was very friendly and will even help you during the process.
The first step was a phone screening with somebody from HR. Following that there was an all day onsite interview with both technical and behavioral interviews with various management personnel from the company.
