Standard interview for an architect. Friendly and easy going interview. Good conversation and nice office. The conversation was more about corporate fit than anything else. The portfolio I took to the interview showed them what they wanted to see. After that point, it was more about personality.

Interview
When I stared with the company there were no in-house IT; it was outsource through an Managed Services company. The interview was pretty swift. There was a phone interview then a an in-person interview. The questions were both personality and experienced-based.
