Got to do the online preliminary test. Then you get an e-mail saying you did or did not achieve 70%. You've been warned the test is not accurate of anyone's capacity to do the job. I've done many tests before for other companies and there's never been an issue.

Question 1
You have to do this online test where every question is timed.
It's a typing test, situational test and grammar test.
The test is very badly created. The grammar questions are not straightforward and depending on how you view things the answer could be different. Things such as counting mistakes but it's not black or white.
Mind you I failed it despite I have a bachelor's degree a cegep degree and worked in customer service for many years. That alone tells you that test doesn't do a good job in figuring out someone's level of English.
So they want to test you to see if you are good enough but they can't even measure up to their own standards. They really don't care if what they're doing is correct or not.
The interview process was straight forward. Friendly interviewer asked some basic questions regarding remote work, and review of resume. Fairly easy, brief, and friendly. Interviewer does explain the role further and a little bit of what to expect.
Asked question: Why do you want the job?
