Third Round: Homework Tasks (~6-10hours!)
Fourth Round: Talking about the homework with future manager and colleague (~40-50 mins)
Zero feedback after investing nearly 10 hours into this application, which is pretty disappointing

Initial HR interview with the head of HR, discussed experience and the company and role. Dived into what the role would look like and how it could grow, quite a long talk but not too indepth

Interview
I was contacted by HR shortly after applying and had a friendly, productive screening call. The next round with the hiring manager was also positive, and I was told I’d proceed to a technical assignment and a review session with them and someone from senior leadership.
While the assignment and final meeting went well, I didn’t hear back until I followed up myself—only to be told I wasn’t selected. The process began with strong communication but ended with a disappointing lack of follow-up after a time-intensive final round. A timely response would’ve made a big difference.
