The interview process is four steps. Phone interview. (HR) Video phone interview. (HR) phone interview (Hiring Manager). Onsite interview. During interview you will be taken to the in-house lab for about a half hour. Once you leave, the hiring team will ask the lab engineers what they thought. Together, as a team, the decision is made whether to make an offer.
