Interview
"Ghosted". After an initial interview with the founder/CEO, I was asked to put together a 30/60/90 Day marketing plan. This isn't uncommon for a lot of startups who don't have a clear vision of what they need.
However after spending multiple hours on the exercise and meeting with 8 or 9 members of the team on a Friday afternoon, I have received ZERO follow up from anyone on the Anvyl team.
As someone who has hired for multiple roles at startups, I understand that time is limited but not following up with candidates who have invested significant time and energy is likely a reflection of how the company treats employees as well.
All the best to the team but please treat your candidate pipeline with a little more respect.
