      Office Assistant Interview

      17 Aug 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon in June 2016

      Interview

Applied online. Received an email a few days later to complete a video interview. After completing the video interview, I got an email from HR asking for my availability to meet someone in office for a second interview. The in person interview was rather quick, the person basically told me about the company and explained the role in depth. I was told that my experience matched the job and I'm a top candidate however, they had more interviews to do and wasn't sure when they would get back to me... Odd. Two weeks after the interview, I sent a follow up email and no response... It's been close to a month now with no indication as to where I stand as a candidate. A generic email stating "thank you for your time but you're no longer being considered" would've been nice.
