Interview
Initial interview is a phone interview. It is now a virtual interview screening process where the applicant virtually records himself answering the interview questions. Once that is sent back, there is either one or two 1:1 interviews next.

The interview was very basic and comfortable. There were a lot of behavioral questions which typical job prep companies and schools prepare you for. So there was nothing out of the ordinary.
