I applied online on Dec 2017. The process was : Online application->online assessment (The Situational Judgement Test &The Numerical Reasoning Test)->On-Demand Video Interview using montage. I failed on the video interview stage.

Basic behaviour problems,e.g. a project you have done and a difficult situation you have met
Applied online, went through the online tests and a video interview and got an email to AC in Glasgow office in March 2017. Got one group exercise, two presentations (prepared in advance), one written in-tray exercise, a 1-to-1 competency-based interview and a commercial based role play in the AC.

The numerical online test included 3 questions, each of which had 3 small questions underneath with marks 1, 2 and 3.
The video interview consisted of 5 questions asking about your motivations and competency.
