First, Resume Shortlisting, then after some days
Online Logical Reasoning + Personality Test (25mins each)
and then HR Round + Statistical Knowledge + Guesstimates

Question 1
Q1. What is kurtosis, regression? Can you suggest some ways to apply statistical concepts to people analytics apart from regression?
Q2. Estimate number of four-wheelers on Dwarka Express on a Friday Evening.
Q3. Estimate number of passengers carrying a laptop in a flight from Bangalore to Delhi.
Followed usual online interview format/ typical online interview - hirevue common questions such as giving examples of times you've demonstrated certain skills. They give you time to prepare before giving answer

Interview
Three rounds of interview. First round is a game simulator. Second round is a group case. Last round is a group panel interview. The first round is pretty challenging with test of logic, math and memory. Second round is more on how you collaborate with others and the panel interview is really to highlight your strengths and understanding of the company.
