One round interview with two actuaries. Nice people and nice talk with them. Ask interesting questions and show respect to the interviewee. Great experience overall with this company I think.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Deerfield, IL)
Interview
Unprepared for interview--met with 6 people over 2 days. Very redundant questioning. Called back for final interview only to repeat topics. Some interviewers were unprepared and spent most of the time asking general questions.
the process was smooth while i dont really get the reason i get rejected. The interviewer was very satisfied during the interview, we talked more than scheduled time. And i did sent the thank you letter. After two weeks, I got rejection
