the first step is personality assesment which had basic questions about personal choices and how you would react for a situation and then after getting selected there will be a video interview .then you get shortlisted for assesment centres
The interview wasn't too hard, but they did have some questions referring to technical experiences, especially Microsoft Excel. Make sure to have solid behavioral experiences and know you know your stuff.
