From the beginning the process was very pleasant. I was contacted by the interview scheduling team who arranged a first stage interview, this was a competency based interview. I was invited to a 2nd stage interview in which I had to present a case study. I received some really helpful guidance as part of my interview pack. Unfortunately at this point the efficiency of the process broke down. I received no feedback as to the outcome of my interview, despite me emailing the talent acquisition rep which was ignored. A real shame as up until this point I was really impressed and it looked like a good place to work, however I would have expected the courtesy of a decision to be communicated especially as I applied directly with the co and not via an agency.
