Short quick phone interview with hiring manager. This was a general feeler to get to know the company a little better. Then brought in for in-person interview. General technical questions and situational type questions were asked with the hiring manager. HR background check and drug test are also required. Offer was made after some salary negotiation during the interview, but only had a less than 24 hour response to make a decision, so felt a little pressured into making a decision quicker than expected.
