Interview
Some questions through e-mail, phone screening, and on-site interview. It was pretty simple and straight-forward. They mainly wanted to know what experience you had and what got you interested in the job. Most of the communication was not done through a HR representative or a recruiter which is interesting. As a QA intern, they did not ask detailed technical questions. Overall didn't really feel like the interview was anything great or bad. I do think they could have saved a lot more time by being more explicit with what they wanted from a candidate and reviewing resumes more carefully. The job was not a good match and we could have found that out earlier in my opinion.
