Conducted 2 phone interviews (1 with Recruiter and the second with HR), if you are recommended then you go to an On-Site interview with 5 personnel. The recruiter called by back about 2 weeks later and informed me that I was not selected.

I was interview by 3 teams of two people each. Responsibilities of interviewers ranged from Shipping Supervisor to the Director of Operations. Each round of interviews were unique to the interviewers' realm of responsibilities. All interviewers seemed interested in finding someone who would work well with the rest of the team. The interview was concluded with an extensive tour of the plant. It was apparent that the entire team were very proud of the contribution they provide to the organization.
