Interview
I found out about Apogee through my College Career services department. I went to an info session and scheduled an interview for the next day. The interview took place on campus and was about half an hour long. We walked while talking, which was a nice break from typical interviews.
Some of the people I have met at this company are genuinely enjoyable to be around. The workload is reasonable and appropriate for what to expect.

Interview
It was a semi casual environment, no dress code - no real structure. I believe for the role (intern role - filled by college students) the interviewer was more interested in gauging mental aptitude than hands on skill or familiarity with SEO.
I got along well with the interviewer who extended the internship offer (generally 1 semester long). Ill refrain from adding commentary to that experience as this area is only for the hiring/interview.
