I applied through a staffing agency and was contacted to schedule a phone screen with the hiring manager. The call lasted about 20 minutes, and ended with an invitation to come on-site to meet the team. I came in and met with 3 pairs of interviewers over the course of about 3 hours. The interviewers did a great job of laying out what to expect in each interview (eg. organization/communication style, challenges/weaknesses, etc.) While the questions appeared simple, they were complex in depth, as the team really dug into the 'why' behind a lot of my examples and experiences.
