Interview
Interview process is long and includes doing a project and presentation on an app. They asked redundant questions during the interview. The company later contacted me to be considered for another role because of my previous experience, but then after the interview told me that very same experience wasn't what they were looking for. Seems like their team needs to get aligned on candidate expectations.
