Average to normal interview, just asked lots of experience questions, such as how do deal with EBS is full, how to select with filetype system. How to scale out if the disktype is SSD.

The interview has 4 steps. 1st with team lead, 2nd is a take-home exercise, 3rd is a technical interview, 4th is leadership meeting. The response time between steps is very slow and you don't get much feedback. The take-home exercise didn't seem to have any impact nor come up in the technical interview.
There are five interviews in the whole process and described in the rest. 1. engineer - coding test 2. team lead - check your previous experiences 3. VP - cultural fit 4. CTO - in-depth discussion of your projects 5. CEO - cultural fit
