Appirio follows a very robust recruitment process to ensure we have the right candidate for the right role and also provide a seamless experience to all our candidates. Candidate Experience is one of the biggest focus areas for us in the Talent Acquisition space.
We typically have a 5 step process in which we assess people on technical expertise, Culture fitment and other behavioural skills. During this process we also require that the shortlisted candidate come to our office for an in person interview, which is a mandatory step in the process.
We feel this step helps the employee to see our office space, the location, meet team members, have further conversations with other colleagues and the hiring manager.
While discussing the offer details while we do share the compensation details we also do touch upon the benefits as that is also an important part of our reward offerings.
We are continually looking at our processes and feedback from our candidates and taking feedback into account to further improvise the process.
