Interview
I turned my application in to the restaurant, and then about a week later I called to see if the manager had taken a look. When I talked to him on the phone he asked me to come in for an interview the next day. I showed up wearing professional clothing and sat down with him while the restaurant was closed. He asked basic questions and about 10 minutes in he told me he really liked me and would love for me to work there. He then gave me a personality test to fill out and when I was done he told me what day I could start work.
This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.
Was a simple interview and was offered a job afterwards. The manager was kind. It was easy to apply and find an interview time. I was trained shortly after and got paid for the training.
The interview process was fairly straightforward and I felt that the interviewer did what they were supposed to but the focus seemed on like what corporate wants unfortunately. The experience was fine overall though.
