The hiring manager was condescending and rude. She couldn't understand why I was interested in a dishwashing position when I had a college degree and when I said I was on disability she said I couldn't work here because I would "make too much money" as a server, even though that's none of her business. I knew right away that I wouldn't want to work for her and declined both positions.

Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
