I showed up 2 mins late and she was still cool abt it, but did make a comment…. Wow… it’s fine tho, I didn’t end up taking the job, but it looked like a good place 🙌

How many years of bartending experience do you have?
Unorganized they scheduled an interview but don’t have you come in for the interview. I waited almost and hour after my scheduled time in order to be seen and it just wasn’t a great experience

Interview
Asked me about my previous work experience and asked a couple of drink recipes. In general was fairly simple and questions were easy to answer if you have experience behind the bar.
Three rounds of interviews for this place? It’s kind of ridiculous to have that many interviews for any bartender job, let alone this one. Easy, but a total waste of time.
