Interview
Zoom interview with Executive Director. Very nice and respectful. Intelligent questions and open to my questions as well. Promised a relatively streamlined interview process. I was not given an offer (disappointed) but did receive an email thanking me for my time in the timeframe promised. Clearly a nice guy and stand-up company.

Interview
Their interview process is very hands-off and impersonal. Also, it's clear from their job description and process that these are highly obsessed tech entrepreneurs who just want to impose those same philosophies on international development. Their leadership is overly obsessed with Project Management Methodologies and their job description basically tells you not to apply (in a rude way), if you don't meet some of their qualifications (They want you to be bilingual in any language, even though their job description says nothing about the needed use of such language). Also, they assume anyone who has ever worked with you has never thought of you in a bad light.
Despite the red flags in the job description, I proceeded anyway, but as I got further into the process, it confirmed those red flags.
It looks like they've been struggling to fill this position for awhile, given that it's been re-posted for 2+ months.

Question 1
They ask about project management methodologies, how you've handled team members who do not produce, managing quality control, and your greatest strength.
