It was concise, efficient, and revealing. I felt like I knew what I was getting into. I was a little unclear on structure of the company, however. That said, it did set a solid expectation for what my day-to-day would look like here.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Appleseeds Behavioral Center (Kennesaw, GA) in Jan 2019
Interview
We talked about my favorite television show, flower, and food. Never once was I asked about my credentials, education, references, experience, or career goal. The managers were rolling their eyes at me during the interview and it was very rude.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me "can you follow instructions even if they go against your beliefs and intuition?". I said like what. They said "sometimes it may feel like you are doing something wrong but as long as a manager tells you to do it it is ok".
