First HR call then HR meeting, then professional interview.
The HR was a very detailed review, multiple questions at previous experience.
The profesional though was more relevant to the position and was more in a day to day activities and situations.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Applicable Limited (Bristol, England) in May 2019
Interview
I was a last-minute candidate and therefore very late to the interview process. Despite this, the interviews didn't feel rushed at all.
I think this was the first time I have ever been asked whether there's anybody else in the business I'd like to meet!! Having already met the majority of the senior leadership team, I declined but was impressed at the transparency offered.
Two interviews were carried out in a 3 day period, and I was offered the same night of the last interview.

Interview
It was a conversation with HR first, then I was contacted to attend a face to face interview. I went to their office, and the whole process was very nice. They offer you everything between coffee/tea/water. They whole process runs smooth and they make you feel comfortable
