6 hour interview process with multiple department heads. Wasn't horrible but they all ask you the same questions. Apparently its part of their process. Not a typical interview. Thirty words is kind of a high bar for a review. No wonder I didn't get an offer, lol.

Question 1
What kind of experience do you have with controls systems?
I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Applied Control (Englewood, CO) in Mar 2017
Interview
Spent an all day interview on site. Great professionals with very personable attitudes. Each individual was very honest about previous company conflicts and struggles - last year they had to lay off an exponential amount of employees due to the oil crash.
Met with at least 10 different engineers and management to discuss position details and company interests - very casual.
