initial 45 min leetcode style coding screen 4-5 hr onsite with 1 system design, 1 leetcode style coding, 1 practical coding, and engineering manager chat technical questions were mostly relevant to the company, manager chat was going over every career decision (starting from college) and why.

long and had 4 interviews. got through the first 3 the last one was a weird one . was with the firing manager and some other high roller who had worked there for 5 years. which should be long for this company. He had no releavent experience and was rude af. all they asked was why I left my previous companies. I am not sure what they gain from that but it is indicative of the market these days. They no longer try to sell the company. I had looked at the salaries and they are low. It was probably a good thing I did not get the offer.
