Applied Research Associates interview questions

Interview was simple, I felt they were less worried about what I actively knew and were more worried about that I could learn. Questions asked were more related to general topics and If I knew the concept and If I did how I had applied that in the past.

1. Phone screen with hiring manager, asked behavioural questions and questions about past technical experience 2. Take-home coding assessment 3. Technical interview with a panel of senior scientists, live-coding session 4. 45-minute oral presentation on Zoom or in person
