I had a phone interview with HR first, and then could possibly go onto second interview, which was a panel interview, and then lastly was an interview “homework test” to test skills. The panel interview felt flustering to me, even though it was mainly only one person asking me questions, but the questions came quickly and the whole interview felt like it was going so fast, to the point I lost my train of thought and forgot what question I was answering!
