Initial call with the hiring manager (15 mins) to get an idea of the company and role - I found this very useful and a great chance to validate this was a role I would thrive in. The following week I was contacted for an interview (this took place with the hiring manager, head of commercial and a HR representative). This interview was very friendly and I got a good idea of the company's culture from participating. It was conversational and focussed around competencies as well as how I could be a cultural add to the organisation.
