Interview
The interview process was quick and comfortable. Everyone who I interviewed/talked to was very nice and welcoming. They were very honest and transparent when answering my questions as well. I had a one on one interview on campus. Afterwards, I was selected to attend a 3 day leadership event, also known as the second part of the interview. After the leadership event I was extended an internship offer. After completing my internship with Aprio, they offered me a full-time position as a Tax Associate.

First round was with HR recruiter, She is really nice and professional. Second round was with partners. Easy and quick interview. No hard questions, They gave me offer right after partners' interviews.

Applied online and recruiter reached out in a couple of days to set up a phone interview. Interviewed with the tax partner and then interviewed with the tax manager and senior manager. It was mostly casually with a few behavioral questions.

I've met with HR, the manager, and the partner which brings 3 rounds of interviews. People are kind and ask reasonable questions. Smooth progress that takes me no more than two weeks to get the offer.
