I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aprio (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was pretty casual. First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. It was more conversational. She asked about my background and a few behavioral questions. Next, I met with the manager via Zoom. It was more conversational as well. She asked a few interview questions. Last, I met with the partner via Zoom. She allowed me to ask all of the questions. She said she judges candidates based on the questions they ask. Overall, it was pretty laid back.
