Take a test online, if you pass, then you will be asked to interview. You'll have to take the test again on site, then interview. If you get an interview for an entry level position, you are pretty much guaranteed to get the job. They are desperate to find these positions.

Formal interview process.
Before they had written test. I think now its been removed. If you know domain knowledge its easy to tackle.
2 rounds of interview one with local manager and the other one with functional leader.

Quick intro chat with HR then you have to take an online skills assessment (do a practice test) , I passed the skill assessment and then had 2 back to back interviews with managers and then moved on to the final with a director level.
The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Aptean (Bengaluru)
Interview
Aptitude round, technical round, manager round followed by hr discussion.
Interview process was finished in the same day after written test without wasting much of candidates time.
But would like to know the company stability and how secured the job is for our future goals.
