Interview
Application is followed by initial acceptance i.e. that someone reviews your application to ensure it is aligned with requirements, next step is then online aptitude and personality test. If successful in the test a first interview by telephone and if successful at that point a face to face meeting is setup.

Question 1
Prepare well for the aptitude test, it consists of 50 questions to be answered in 15 minutes with growing complexity. Score is generated based on number answered and number correct.

There is a huge area of improvement in the talent acquisition team. There is no proper follow-ups after requesting for further connect. The candidate dashboard shows outdated / initial status forever (even after weeks and months).

Worst Interview process. They will never update you about the process rather waste your time for so many days. They will call you for interview in the office and then after they will stop replying to your emails, phone calls and messages.
