Interview
My interview process with Aptean was a well-structured and positive experience. It began with a call from the HR team regarding an open position, followed by an initial technical round focused on core concepts and writing code snippets.
Next was a discussion with the Project Manager, then a second face-to-face technical round that delved deeper into my skills. This was followed by a short HR round to ensure alignment with the company's values and policies, and finally, a discussion with the VP.
As part of the process, I was also asked to complete a situation-based test on Mettl.
Each round was thoughtfully conducted, and the team made the experience smooth and encouraging throughout.
