Aptem Operations interview questions

The hiring manager got in touch directly, and the first interview focused on my background with some deep dives into my CV. They also provided a thorough overview of the role, the business context, and the challenges they’re currently facing, which I found very detailed and helpful. The downside was that I never received any feedback afterwards, which felt disappointing given the time and preparation involved. Constructive feedback would have made the process feel more complete and respectful. Overall, the interview itself was well-structured and informative, but I’d encourage the company to close the loop with candidates by sharing feedback.
